Dropshipping
Moorlands offers a flexible dropshipping service built around made-to-order furniture. Every product is manufactured to order, allowing your customers to choose the details that best suit their space, style, and requirements.
Manufacturing to order means we can offer a far greater level of customisation than standard off-the-shelf products. Options can include bespoke lengths and widths, a choice of materials, colour coding across our industrial ranges, parasol holes, sunken ice troughs, breadboard ends, and sunken planters.
This extensive choice gives your customers the freedom to create furniture that works for them, while giving your business a clear point of difference in a competitive market. Instead of offering the same generic products as everyone else, you can provide distinctive, made-to-order furniture with the quality, flexibility, and personalisation customers increasingly value. Create a cutting edge with Moorlands and give your customers more choice, more flexibility, and a product that is made specifically for them.

How the Moorlands dropshipping process works
Moorlands makes it easy for partners to promote and sell our complete range of furniture without holding physical stock. You can showcase our available product ranges through your website, retail outlet, exhibitions, and any other route to market you choose.
When a customer has customised their products and placed an order with you, simply submit the order to Moorlands along with payment. Credit accounts may become available once a successful trial period has been completed.
Once Moorlands has acknowledged the order, we will provide a planned manufacturing date for you to share with your customer, together with an anticipated delivery date. Delivery dates remain subject to confirmation after manufacturing, ensuring that expectations are clear while allowing for any production changes.
The order is then scheduled into the Moorlands workshop diary and manufactured in line with the dates provided. Once production is complete, you will receive the available shipping information, including the carrier method and tracking details where applicable. This gives you the opportunity to keep your customer informed throughout the delivery process, while also creating valuable opportunities to explore additional upselling and cross-selling.
Following despatch, delivery will usually take place within 48 hours, except in certain geographical areas. With Moorlands managing the manufacturing and fulfilment process, you can focus on promoting the range, supporting your customers, and growing your sales without the cost or risk of holding stock.
