Delivery Information for Moorlands Garden Furniture

Fully Assembled Furniture
All of our furniture ranges are delivered fully assembled for your convenience. This allows you to use your furniture immediately without the need for self-assembly. We understand that assembling furniture can be a tedious task, and we strive to eliminate that hassle for you.
Custom Delivery Requests
If access to your delivery location is restricted, we can manufacture your table with the legs detached. You will then need to attach the legs using the fixings supplied. Please ensure this requirement is detailed in the notes section of your order, as it requires a different manufacturing process.
Delivery Partners
Our deliveries are carried out by a network of trusted local carriers and national pallet networks, depending on the size of your order. Please note that deliveries are guaranteed kerbside only. Therefore, you will need to make arrangements to move your items to your desired location.
Delivery Lead Times
As each item is custom-manufactured to your specifications, we provide the following estimated lead times for delivery. You will receive an email from our team within one working day of placing your order to confirm your manufacturing dates.

- Alton, Butterton, Denstone, Consall, Cotton & Farley: 10 – 15 Working Days
- Alton Industrial, Denstone Industrial & Ramshorn: 25 – 30 Working Days
Log Stores
- Apex Roof & Pent Roof: 10 – 15 Working Days
- Curved Roof: 20 – 25 Working Days
Gazebos
- Checkley Gazebo up to 2,400mm wide: 10 – 15 Working Days
- Checkley Gazebo over 2,400mm Wide: 30 – 35 Working Days
- Checkley Gazebo Alternative Colour Sheets: 30 – 35 Working Days
Shepherds Huts
- All Shepherd Hut Products: 2 – 6 Weeks
Access Considerations
If there are any potential access issues at the delivery location, please inform us well in advance. This allows us to notify the relevant pallet couriers or carrier drivers. Consideration should be given to the size and weight of the delivery vehicles, as well as the access and turning space required. Most couriers can arrange a smaller vehicle if notified beforehand. If our courier arrives at a pre-agreed delivery appointment and cannot deliver due to inaccessibility, a redelivery fee may be applied to reschedule the delivery with an alternative vehicle.
