The Alton Outdoor Table from Moorlands Garden Furniture is a testament to British craftsmanship, hand-built in our Staffordshire Moorlands workshop. Constructed from high-quality tanalised softwood sleepers, this table combines rustic charm with exceptional durability. Available as a standalone piece or as part of a set with matching benches, you can customise your outdoor seating to suit your space. The accompanying benches, made from double-width sleepers, offer enhanced comfort and are available in lengths ranging from 800mm to 4800mm and three widths: standard (800mm), extra wide (1000mm), and super wide (1200mm).

Each piece of furniture is handmade by skilled craftsmen, offering you a premium product that combines timeless design with long-lasting quality. All of the timber used in the construction of the furniture is tanalised meaning that this furniture really will last you a lifetime. Going to the extra effort and cost of having the timber pressure treated means it is protected against the elements for well over 10 years.

A considerable amount of garden furniture on the market these days is made to last for as little as three or four years, this means our product is likely to last for at least 3 – 4 times as long meaning less strain on your wallet as well as the planets natural resources. As timber is a natural resource it will develop with age and cracks and movement may appear or disappear over time, this is completely normal.

The set comes unpainted as shown in the pictures but could be oiled, stained, painted or left to age naturally, the choice really is yours. To prolong the life of your set we recommend an annual clean and replenish of the chosen treatment.

Approximate dimensions/seating capacity of our tables/dining sets are as follows:

• 4 Seat – 800mm Length
• 6 Seat – 1,200mm Length
• 8 Seat – 1,600mm Length
• 10 Seat – 2,000mm Length
• 12 Seat – 2,400mm Length

Tables are 4 Sleepers wide giving approximately 800mm width, this can be increased to 1,000mm or 1,200mm with our extra wide and super wide options.
